Luxury Inn is a well established Hotel with rich history since the early 80’s.
Challenge
With innovation and increase of franchise units surrounding the territory, Luxury Inn required a web presence that would allow for them to acquire market share from brand loyalists of competing brands.
Solution
Creative Intellects worked on a competitive strategy, to develop and deploy their web presence. Through our carefully crafted strategy, we developed and integrated a custom web application that integrated with the their point-of-sale machine. Our reservation system was developed from top-down ensuring the highest usability standards.
Results: Through our on-going Internet marketing program, Luxury Inn is generating 40% of its reservations online. Our web presence management has allowed Luxury Inn to engage its audience and compete with prominent franchise units.
